Because Tokio Hotel are nearly famous all over the world.
And their "fans" are nearly all over the world.
Sometimes they're good fans; sometimes they're not. And in this case, they do crazy things. They bother the band, always following them with their screams.
They haven't got irony, they don't understand if someone makes fun of Bill saying that he's feminine and things (he is feminine.)
And, obiovously, they love them. No: they are in love with them. They are the men of their lives, they wanna marry them, kiss them, make sex with them.
SURE!
In a year, they will forget Tokio Hotel. So, why go around and say that shit?
Please, help us trying to make understand them that Tokio Hotel aren't ALIENS FROM THE SPACE, but normal guys with their faults.
